Guest room

A reservation will be made for you in accordance with your registration and a hotel confirmation number will be provided to you via email closer to the meeting date.

Guest room billing

Room, tax, service fees and housekeeping and bellman gratuities will be posted to the master account for NACOM 2023; incidentals are on your own. Parking will also be covered for those who are driving to the meeting.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in time at the hotel is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. 

Fitness center

The 24-hour Revive Spa Fitness Center is located near the Spa and is complimentary for overnight hotel guests.

Starbucks

Starbucks is located in the lobby across from the gift shop and is open from 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily.

Flight

All NACOM travel is required to book from this link. Ground transportation is included and details will be available at a later date. As per bioMerieux policy, this is an employee-only event. Families are not invited. Once you have clicked on the link above please use your regular access method – either Login or Single Sign On. Arrival to Phoenix should be Monday, January 23 and before 6 PM so you can attend the Welcome Reception that evening at 6:30 PM. Departure should be anytime on Friday, January 27.

Airport

Ground transportation will be provided for all attendees between Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and the hotel based on your travel dates; more information will be detailed in the final confirmation email you will receive.

Driving

If you are driving to the meeting, parking will be posted to the master account.
