FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We acknowledge that Covid cases are still a concern and our #1 goal is to keep each other safe. To that end, we ask that you follow the CDC and local guidelines while traveling and attending this event. How to Protect Yourself and Others | CDC will provide guidance. Additionally, 48h maximum before departure, a negative PCR test is necessary to attend the meeting. During the event, you will need to perform a Rapid Covid test each morning before the sessions. Tests will be available for you free of charge at the NACOM Registration Desk. If you test positive, please follow the CDC guidance and contact your manager or HRBP for assistance. Masks are encouraged during the meeting but are not required at this time. All guidelines are subject to change based on the community level at the time of the event.
Also, we understand that it will be difficult for some to get a PCR test within the 48 hour window so we are updating that requirement. While we prefer a PCR test, an antigen test will also be acceptable if you are unable to have a PCR test done in the appropriate time frame. Costs for the pre-travel tests will be reimbursed through the normal reimbursement process. We expect everyone to be responsible and accountable for following these guidelines but you are not required to bring proof of your results with you.
Updated safety protocols in Phoenix as of September 27, 2022 indicate that masking is not required. We will do our best to provide adequate distancing during the meeting.
